Personal and vehicle data are read out and digitized in a structured manner. The app allows access to the camera to photograph a vehicle registration document. Existing notes can also be selected from the smartphone. There is also a "Share" function available, for example to share documents that you have received via WhatsApp with the vehicle registration scanner.
Appropriate API interfaces are available so that the scanned data can be processed directly in any CRM system. These enable any software manufacturer to integrate the functionality of the vehicle registration scanner into existing programs. Scans made with the app can be accessed user-related via the API.
